installation .

250 × 120 × 23,5 cm

oil painting & digital print on canvas. 1 edition.

Krakow's Museum of Contemporary art collection

The installation is part of the series ...as if they always belonged together, using mixed media: painting and coloured print, as well as objects found or bought at flea markets. The artist processes motifs familiar to the European visual tradition, interlacing them harmoniously with elements of Iranian culture. The work is a direct reference to one of René Magritte’s best-known paintings, The Son of Man, humorously pointing to the biblical Eve’s role as a tempter.
